Miltary Personnel Comprehensive Clinical Assessment

RFS provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder therapy (individual and group) for veterans, active duty personnel, and their families. RFS licensed professional counselors complete a comprehensive clinical assessment to identify mental health and/or substance use disorder concerns, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health conditions that may require additional treatment.

Individual/Group Outpatient Therapy

RFS’s team members are licensed professionals who are committed to providing a healing and restoration to the individuals and families served. Outpatient Therapy Program (OPT) is a program that provides individual and group counseling services that are provided at an outpatient program designed to assist military personnel and their families to begin healing and learn skills for their daily lives.

OPT services include a program consisting of, but not limited to, the following services:

●  Individual counseling and support

●  Group counseling and support

●  Family counseling, training or support

●  Strategies for relapse prevention

●  Anger Management Skills

●  Disease Management
